Baby It's Cold Outside: Best Ever Homemade Hot Chocolate

I wake up and its still miserable outside. Only thing that's going to put a smile on my face this morning is the best hot chocolate I've ever had in my life.

If any of you have been lucky enough to visit Martins Chocolatier (sorry only in the UK) and have had a hot chocolate there, you my friend have tasted heaven. And being the genius I am, have discovered their recipe, well it might not be but it tastes exactly the same! You are one very lucky person.

You will need... (serves one very special person)

1 flat tablespoon of milk chocolate drops

1 flat tablespoon of small marshmallows
250ml milk

Method...

1). Add your chocolate and marshmallows to your mug

2). Add half a mug of milk and microwave for 35 seconds

3). The chocolate should all be at the bottom all melted and lovely so just stir, stir, stir until its all mixed into the milk

4). Now top up the rest of your milk and microwave for another 30 seconds. If you're feeling extra indulgent add whipped cream and/or a couple more marshmallows.

Sit back, relax and enjoy your cup of heaven.
